HB 932 recreates the board of elections of Towns County to the Board of Elections and Registration of Towns County. This bill provides for definitions and the composition of the board and the selection and appointment of members. HB 932 also relieves certain officers of powers and duties and to provide for the transfer of functions to the board. It provides for certain expenditures of public funds, for compensation of personnel, for offices and equipment, and for related matters. This Act must receive pre-clearance from the Department of Justice.
