This resolution creates the House Public Retirement System COLA Study Committee. The Committee will be composed of six members of the House of Representatives and one retired member of the Employees´ Retirement System of Georgia to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Any reports of findings and recommendations, with suggestions for proposed legislation, if any, shall be made on or before December 31, 2008. The committee shall stand abolished on December 31, 2008.
