The substitute to HB 1224 removes violations of probation involving another adjudicated delinquent act, and offenses that would be a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature if committed by an adult, from the courts discretion of ordering the child to serve up to a maximum of 60 days in a youth development center if the child is adjudicated for a delinquent act.
