This bill amends Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary and secondary education, so as to provide for public school disciplinary actions against a student who makes terroristic threats against public schools. These children shall be referred to juvenile court with a request for a petition alleging delinquent behavior. It provides for civil damages recoverable against parents or guardians of children who make terroristic threats against public schools. The bill provides for suspension of drivers´ licenses of students who make terroristic threats against schools.
