HB 458 authorizes a daily expense allowance for up to 40 days for each term of court for justices of the Supreme Court (O.C.G.A § 15-2-3) and judges of the Court of Appeals (O.C.G.A § 15-3-5) who live 100 miles or further away from the state judicial building.
