SB234 provides for the governing authority of the county comprising the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit, in itsdiscretion, to be be authorized to increase the salary of the judge of the Superior Courts of the Blue Ridge 13 Judicial Circuit no more than annually, and in such amount as fixed by the county governing authority.
