SR 573 creates the Senate Court of Appeals Workload Study Committee. The committee shall study the need to examine the workload of the Court of Appeals to determine if the composition of the Court of Appeals should be increased to include another division of three judges.The committee shall be composed of three members as follows: the chairperson of the Judiciary Committee and two members to be appointed by the President of the Senate. The President shall designate a member of the committee as chairperson of the committee. |
