Staff Analysis of the Legislation
SR 675 provides for a ballot measure asking for approval of a constitutional amendment to the State Constitution that would establish English as the official language of Georgia. The State Constitution would be amended so as to provide that no regulations or policies of Georgia or its political subdivision shall use any language other than English.
