SB 268 amends O.C.G.A. § 40-6-391, relating to the endangerment of a child by driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. SB 268 requires the prosecuting attorney to provide a copy of the traffic citation and all pertinent documents to the county department of family and children services to aid in an investigation of possible child abuse.
