      HB 762 seeks to amend Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A. relating to offenses against public health and morals in order to make specifications relating the exchange of human fetuses.
 
      Revising paragraph (5) of subsection (b) and subsection (c) of Code Section 16-12-160, the bill excludes the human fetus or any part thereof from acceptable purchase or sale of human body parts for health sciences education and further specifies that anyone violating subsection (a) of this Code Section shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction, will be punished with a fine not exceeding $25,000 or by imprisonment for between 1-5 years, or both. Anyone who participates in the exchange of such aborted human fetuses shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished my imprisonment for between 1-5 years.
