SB 285 revises O.C.G.A. § 17-6-1, relating to bailable offenses, allowing for judges to include as a condition of bail the prohibition from operating a motor vehicle, if the offense involves violations of O.C.G.A. § 40-6-393, relating to homicide by vehicle.
