SR 809 provides for a ballot measure asking for the approval of a constitutional amendment limiting all local governing authorities from contracting with a private enterprise for the service of parking enforcement. The resolution only applies to companies whose employee compensation varies in relation to either the number of citations issued or the amount of fines assessed. |
