HB 841 requires the judge of the probate court to direct individuals who apply for a weapons carry license or renewal to the website provided for in O.C.G.A. § 16-11-175, which contains information on firearm safety. Any gun show vendor or licensed dealer shall provide the buyer with printed information redirecting them to the aforementioned code section.
