Staff Analysis of the Legislation
HB 1004 provides for changing the requirements for the filing of maps and plats with the superior court clerk. Digital images will be maintained by the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) and the superior court clerk shall be required to keep a public computer terminal to provide access to the maps and plats.
