SB 403 creates a new Code Section § 7-1-239.10 which allows
financial institutions to create a “Sweepstakes” program. The program provides
for depositors to enter a sweepstakes if they deposit a certain amount of
money. The bill provides for the rules and regulations, mostly empowering the
financial institutions with ample discretion on the specifics of the
sweepstakes. |
