Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB 415 revises O.C.G.A. § 40-6-254 by providing that any person who operates any motor vehicle with a load that is unsecure, and may result in such load dropping onto the roadway to create a safety hazard, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature.
