HB 1100 amends Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated relating to the Juvenile Code, so as to change the jurisdiction of the juvenile court to include strictly children who are under the age of 18 years, no longer allows for 17 years of age to be the limit in some cases.
