Staff Analysis of the Legislation
HB38 allows the Magistrate Court of Grady County to impose and  collect a fee on county law libraries in order to fund the requirements  of O.C.G.A 36-15-7. The fee shall not exceed the sum authorized in  O.C.G.A 36-15-9. The act will be effective on the first day of the month  following the month in which this bill becomes law.
