HB 78 seeks to amend the “General Appropriations Act” of FY 2014-5. It strikes everything following the Part I up to but not including the Part II designation and by substituting in lieu thereof, “The sums of money hereinafter provided are appropriated for the State Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015, as prescribed hereinafter for such fiscal year.”
