HB 77 seeks to amend the
“General Appropriations Act” for FY 2014-5. The bill seeks to strike everything
following the Part I designation up to but not including the Part II
designation and substituting in lieu “The sums of money hereinafter provided
are appropriated for the State Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014, and ending
June 30, 2015, as prescribed hereinafter for such fiscal year.” |
