HB 90 amends the O.C.G.A. for the purposes of revising, modernizing, correcting errors or omissions in, and reenacting the statutory portion of said Code, as amended in order to advance the work of the Code Revision Committee. The revision will focus on repealing potions of the O.C.G.A. which have become obsolete, have been declared unconstitutional, or have been preempted or superseded by subsequent laws. |
