O.C.G.A. ยง 21-2-385 is revised by allowing for a period of advance voting to commence on the third of Monday immediately prior to each primary, election, or runoff. HB 194 allows counties and municipalities to choose when to conduct voting prior to primaries, elections, or runoffs, provided that voting is either on the second Sunday or on the third Saturday prior to the election, but not both. |
