HB 10 aims to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of the OCGA by further expanding on the definition of dangerous instrumentalities and crimes, such as those that involve assault weapons, large capacity magazines, and .50 caliber bullets. HB 10 states that possession, transport, or distribution of these weapons will result in a misdemeanor or fines, except for the use of an assault weapon or a machine gun which will result in a felony charge and imprisonment.
