SB 15 amends Code Section 16-11-129 of the OCGA by allowing fees on carry licenses to be waived for former law enforcement officers who have either served ten of the twelve years immediately after retirement, or have served at least ten years and left employment because of a disability they received while serving and also receive benefits under the Peace Officer’s Annuity or Benefit Fund.
