Staff Analysis of the Legislation
SB 16 amends Article 8 of Chapter 12 of title 16 and Code Section 21-2A-18 of the OCGA by changing the definition of low THC oil to 3 percent weight of tetrahydrocannabinol and adds Autism spectrum disorder into the establishment of Low THC Oil patient Registry eligibility.
