Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB 45 amends Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A. to make it illegal for any individual to film or photograph under or through another person's clothing without their consent for the purpose of viewing their body or undergarments. However, this shall not apply to the activities by law enforcement and prosecution agencies during criminal investigations and by retailers in surveilance of customer changing rooms.
