HB 161 amends Code Section 16-13-32 of the O.C.G.A. to add a person employed by or an agent of a harm reduction organization, an organization which provides direct assistance and services to at-risk individuals, to the exceptions of those allowed to sell, lend, rent, lease, give, exchange, or distribute a hypodermic syringe or needle for human use.
