HB231 amends Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the OCGA by adding RR 3, 4-dichloro-N[(dimethylamino)cyclohexylmethyl]benzamide to Schedule I controlled substances. Sections CC, EE, JJ, KK, LL, MM, NN, and RR have been changed to reserved and FFF, EEEE, and FFFF have been added detailing the composition of schedule I substances.  Section 4 details exceptions and chemical substitutions. Sections 5 – 11 add specific illegal drug compositions related to various levels of scheduled drugs.
