HB212 amends code section 19-6-15 of the OCGA by amending the final verdict of work related child care costs of a final child support order. HB212 states that the court or jury may remove work related child care costs and divide the work related cost pro rata from the child support total. Noncompliance can be enforced by a parent or nonparent custodian or when unpaid costs have been reduced to a judgment.
