HB 266 amends Chapter 3 of Title 29 of the OCGA by increasing the amount of personal property to be $25,000.00 or less for the natural guardian to receive, hold, or use the personal property for the benefit of the minor, given that they are a conservator. In addition, this change applies to debts, claims, and gross settlements.
