Staff Analysis of the Legislation
HB 280 edits Part 3 of Article 4 of  Chapter 11 of Titl1 6 of the OCGA by adding a new paragraph (20). Section 20 states that weapons carry license holders are not allowed to carry weapons in property used for sporting events, student housing, or fraternity/sorority housing, or preschool space.
