HB 286 amends Part 1 of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 12, 16 and 27 of the OCGA by stating that clauses applying to having a valid weapons carry license and being eligible for a weapons carry license to mean the same thing in Code Section 12-3-10, 16-11-125.1, 16-11-126, 16-11-127, 16-11-127.1, 16-11-129, 16-11-137, 16-12-123, 16-12-127, 27-3-1.1, 27-3-6, and 27-4-11.1.
