HB 308 amends Title 19 of the OCGA by making mostly
stylistic changes. Section 1-4 adds a paragraph stating that separate worksheets
should be filed for each child in need of financial support. However, most
changes are those such as Section 19-6-31, which defined various terms, and has
been removed and replaced with new definitions laid out in section 19-6-32. |
