SB 177 amends several parts of the O.C.G.A., relating to carrying and possession of firearms, so as to revise the definition of a “lawful weapons carrier” to mean any person who is not prohibited by law from possessing a weapon or any person licensed to carry a handgun or weapon in any other state whose laws recognize and give effect to an issued license.
