SB 175 amends Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the Juvenile Code, to provide that, in any case involving a child in need of service or a delinquent child, the court may issue an order that restrains the actions of the child's legal guardian(s) provided due notice of the order and an opportunity to be heard in court is given to the guardian(s). |
