HB 351 amends Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the OCGA by adding
district attorney into the list of entities desiring to have their name placed
on a nonpartisan ballet to do so no earlier that 9AM on the Monday of the 11th
week prior to the election and no later than noon on that following Friday. In
addition, section 2 strike judicial office and replaces it with nonpartisan
office. |
