Staff Analysis of the Legislation
HB 368 amends Article 2 of Chapter 6 of Title 15 of the OCGA. Section 3.1 has been added stating that clerks of superior court can complete training at the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government. To compensate clerks for accomplishing this, they will receive an additional $200.00 per month from the funds of the county.
