HB 420 amends current legislation by changing the compensation of
the judge of the Probate Court of Cobb County by awarding an annual salary
equal to 85$ of the judge of the Superior Court, plus 85% of any supplement
amount, payable from the funds of Cobb County. The clerk of the probate court
will be paid $93,872.78 annually, plus any applicable cost-of-living-increases
or merit increases. |
