HB 459 amends Chapter 8 of Title 13 of the OCGA by adding a new subsection (d). Subsection (d) states that a covenant, promise, or agreement that prohibits the buyer from including the buyer's real estate broker, salesperson, appraiser, or inspector in a viewing of the structure is void and unenforceable.
