HB 450 amends Code Section 42-3-52 of the OCGA by allowing the court to accept up to 30 hours of a DUI or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program to be counted toward community service for offenders convicted of violations of Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 16 (GA Controlled Substances Act).
