Staff Analysis of the Legislation
SR 307 creates the Sexual Exploitation and Human Trafficking Joint Task Force. The task force will be composed of 14 members, appointed by the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, and the Governor. The duties shall include studying the conditions, needs, issues, and problems that the task force deems necessary.  The task force shall be abolished on Dec 1, 2017.
