HB 490 amends Part 2 of Article 13 of Chapter 6 of Title 40
of the OCGA by allowing motorcycles to overtake and pass in the same lane as
another vehicle if: the vehicle is stationary and waiting for a light change,
the motorcycle is going less than 10 mph, or the motorcycling is doing so to
gain access to an adjacent turning lane. This code does not apply to officers
while they are on duty. |
