HB 542 amends code section 3-3-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by making it a criminal offense for anyone to help organize an event where they know or should have known that underage drinking would take place and allows parents to take civil actions against such individuals; allows a county, municipality or political subdividsion to adopt regulations pursuant to the section.
