HR 626 creates the House Study Committee on Property Owners' Associations, Homeowners' Associations, and Condominium Associations in order audit and give reports concerning current associations who may give excessive fees. It shall consists of five members of the house, appointed by the Speaker. The committee shall be funded by Code Section 28-1-8.
