SB 314 amends Part 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the OCGA. This bill prohibits individuals from causing others to engage in sexually explicit conduct or distribute any image, photograph, or video that depicts nudity, intimate parts, or sexually explicit conduct when such was distributed or caused by a person transmitting by any means a communication which threatens to extort the individual. The bill also provides for differing penalties based on certain conditions. |
