Staff Analysis of the Legislation
SB 315 amends Part 1 of Article 6 of Chapter 9 of Title 16 of the OCGA.  This bill creates a new crime of unauthorized computer access.  Those convicted will be punished for a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature.
