SB 320 amends Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the OCGA.  This bill designates each public elementary and secondary school as a voter registration agency.  During the enrollment process for each child, schools will distribute voter application forms and provide a form distributed by the Secretary of the State that offers additional help to those who wish to register and provides and opportunity for them to report instances where their right to vote has been interfered with.
