Staff Analysis of the Legislation
HB 670 amends Chapter 4B of Title 49 of the OCGA.  This bill revises the number of legislative branch representatives and judicial branch representatives on the Georgia State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision. The Speaker of the House of Representatives and the president of the Senate will each be allowed to appoint one legislative branch representative while the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will be allowed to appoint one judicial branch representative.
