Staff Analysis of the Legislation

SB 0335 amends Code Section 16-5-46 of the OCGA.  The bill expands the offense of trafficking an individual for sexual servitude to include anyone who patronizes an individual to perform sexually explicit conduct when the individual is the subject of sexual servitude.  Imprisonment is also expanded to include anyone who commits the offense against an individual who is 16 years of age or older.
