HB 732 amends Code Section 16-5-46 of the OCGA. Allows patrons of individuals trafficked for the purpose of sexual servitude to be punished by a felony with imprisonment for 5-20 years when the offense is committed against an individual who is older than 16 years of age and 10-20 years when committed against an individual who is younger than 16 years of age or when the individual is known to have a developmental disability.
